How Story of O Gave Rise to BDSM

 

I do write a lot about BDSM, advocating male domination and female submission. However often I do get hostile response from people who do not fully understand what it is. Some imagine something like Whoreson Junior from Witcher III, others saw 50 Shades of Gray and think it's that, some remember Marquis de Sade and his books, yet others think it's something else entirely.

To dissipate these and other such misconceptions I present to you where it really has begun: Story of O. A book and an old year 1975 movie gave rise to this obscure but dedicated subculture. This movie is as close as one could get towards the core idea of BDSM. 

That is what BDSM is. Yes, there are scary leather gears, restrains and other tools, but ultimately, it's about possession and devotion. Man owns woman and she devotes herself to him. It's not 50 Shades mild, nor its Whoreson depraved. It's not for everyone, but to those who find unique fulfilment in such things. 

Even so many years later, it's still capturing the psychology of people in BDSM rather well. Doms are not deranged, psychotic or chaotic, but they are proud, willful, know what they want and take it whenever they want. Their women could either obey them unquestionably or leave for good to never return. Women are humble, subservient, objectified and used however their owners please. Women live life, rigidly controlled by rules and desires of men.

I certainly recommend this movie for those interested in BDSM so that they know what it is about.

However general population should watch it as well. There is nothing scary about it. It's just a lifestyle certain people find compelling. Whether it's for you or not, you should not freak out when someone else does these things in private.

I too want to own a slave girl one day. The much the same way Sir Stephen owns O. It's not 100% the same as I would do, but its possibly closest to my vision compared to other fiction. Certainly, compare to other movies or mainstream perception of how relationship should be, Bondage Game and the way Sougo treats women in Gintama are also close.

I will again repeat my recommendation to watch it. Watch it yourself and see if that is for you or not.

Nana to Kaoru Review

 

This is one shot OVA based on the long running manga series. 

Manga is a mixed bag; certain chapters are good, but overall it is rather flawed. Manga does not strictly focus on male domination and female submission but rather explores all sorts of fetishes that would normally appeal to different types of people. I personally have a hard time imagining a guy who would be into crossdressing and Maledom/femsub at the same time.

By extension in both manga and anime there are no M/s dynamics per se. Instead Nana (the girl) occasionally looks all too shy, cute and insecure in all the BDSM gear, then just snaps at Kaoru and it all ends.

Fortunately for me, anime decided to animate the BDSM parts. Alas it is only about Nana trying bondage clothes for the first time. I wish they also did the pet play scene with that other girl, its the best.

Quality of animation is very good, one of the best in a hentai anime. Crips lines and well drawn body that does not require too much imagination to find appealing.

On the negative side is the fact that director likes to savour moments and drag the action tad too far. Most of the time very little happens, Kaoru just stared at Nana while camera painstakingly slow moves up or down Nana's body.

That said some pictures of Nana that you can find online looks really great.

Overall its not too bad of a show, but it could have been much better. 

Generally if we could put all the best parts of all shows together, it will be an awesome hentai.

Maid in Heaven SuperS Review

 

Maid in Heaven is another rather mild show that nonetheless compensates for it with a well-behaved submissive heroine. 

Nagisa is a very obedient girl that does anything master tells her to. Her personality is almost perfect. All she needs is more abuse and more orders. Just the kind of girl I want to own. Also, she is dressed in a maid outfit, something I like.

When it comes to fetishes, there is more than Yume Kui but less than in Bondage Game or Himekishi Lilia. There is shibari, pet play, enema and some casual discipline.

As for drawbacks of this show, then there are several. Only one girl, sure she is very nice, but I would like a harem of girls just like her. Art style also leaves to be desired: creators have very odd way of depicting certain body parts. Finally, bondage is not extreme enough, they possibly hinted to more in potential sequel, but I assume it did not materialise.

This show definitely has much better idea that its execution. Hopefully it will get remade, and we will see Nagisa drawn in much more sexy way that she is now.

Overall, I do recommend it though.

Himekishi Lilia Review

 

Himekishi Lilia makes good contrast Bondage Game from my previous review. This show is like a polar opposite of Bondage Game, dynamics of relationships and girls are bad, but many sex scenes are actually good. Wish we could have it all the good stuff in the same show, but alas we have what we have.

Here we do not have any devoted slaves, willing to please their master. Instead, we have annoying spoiled princess and her mother, who were blackmailed by their brother/son, to serve him sexually. Story in Himekishi Lilia definitely overstays its welcome and best skipped entirely as it only makes things worse. In contrast Bondage Game has a lot less story, but there it is actually enjoyable to watch maids talk as most of them say nice things, Asahi is exception though.

Lilia is annoying but looks ok and dressed in nice leather harness or equally nice stockings. If you skip scenes where she talks, she makes for nice fap material. Her mother has somewhat nicer personality, but you do not see her too often. There is also snarky Kirika who trains the other two during first half of the show but then gets turned into a rape material by Dirk in the second part. For 6 episodes show, it is a very low count of females. They had a few other female slaves in occasional scenes, but alas they do not appear again which is a shame. All the more shame considering that Lilia occasionally gets literal orgies with many men, compare to Dirk who has to limit himself to just 3 women. These too are better skipped as I do not like it when it's one woman and many men, it should always be one man and many women. Fortunately, there are several scenes in this show where Dirk enjoys himself with some of all three of female heroines.

Broadly speaking sex scenes are better part of this show. Many are imaginative and practical enough to try. Like peeing inside girl's anus as a form of improvised enema. Tentacle rape scenes are really made. seeing any heroine float in the air like helpless lump of flesh is very satisfying. Lilia's masturbation scenes are also nice, so is her sex with oversizes monster.

Overall, it's not too bad of a show. Skip story and watch the better sex scenes this show has.

Bondage Game: Shinsou no Reijoutachi Review

I recommend watching.

This is probably my favorite hentai anime. Not because of the scenes it depicts (especially in second part), but because of dynamics of the relationships between master and his slaves.

To begin with there is only one male master with many female slaves. Other male characters only appear in few scenes. I do not like it when girls have many men so it's very important for me. This show makes it clear that girls exist to please his master, not just to be used around like public toilet.

Master himself is also very relatable. He is calm, collected and authoritative person who uses his maids to please and entertain himself. Someone similar enough to me to for self-insert immersion purposes. I can see myself doing what he does. 

Now to the thing why people watch porn, girls themselves. Once again, this show manages to do good, the girl's behavior is near perfect. In this show they do noy fight master or act disrespectful towards him. They look up to him, always eager to please him in any way he wishes. Finally, they are grateful to him, not matter what horrible thing he done to them. Such devotion and dedication are very commendable. The best example of it is Sachie, but other girls are also mostly good. Asahi girl on the other hand is lacking in discipline, but she is an exception for this show. This is the show that gets closest to depicting how slave girls should behave towards their master and generally.

Girls' attire is also nice; almost all the things that I like. They have mostly maid outfits and stockings, also latex, harnesses and bondage gear. There is not enough use of colour black in clothes and bdsm gear, but other than that is good.

Now to the bad parts. Unfortunately, more than half of all scenes leaves to be desired. A lot of them about weird body modifications. Making tits bigger than body or growing three dicks on a girl is not sexy. Alas too much screentime is dedicated to this, making around half of the show skippable. I do skip a lot of scenes in other hentai too, but for different reasons.

Another problem is that show tends to kill off the best girls of its cast. First Sachie, then the pink haired girl. Such a waste of good slaves is very lamentable. In this show slaves are much better behaved than in others, yet it is here some of them are killed.

However few scenes that are good are some of the best in genre. Girls are pushed, kicked and generally treated as objects for men to enjoy, just like I like it. They also drink piss and eat from dog bowls like animals. Sacchie eats shit with such awe-inspiring devotion, I want to own a slave girl as devoted as she is. Purple haired maid pulls master's wheelchair as she crawls on all fours. 

Overall, despite too many bad scenes, this anime has good basics. Too bad its sequel did not improve on these.

I decided that I will review some of the porn anime (hentai) that I have watched in the past. Unlike regular anime, I will not give them any score. I gave most of them near identical score as they were far from perfect yet did certain things right, all averaging on 6 or 7. Instead, I will try to describe what each title did right and what wrong.
